The solution is delivered as a Software as a Service (Saas), so no installation is required, no hardware, no cloud hosting subscription, no installation fee. IT alerting is sold as an annual subscription as part of one year or multiyear contract. There are only 2 packages available for IT Alerting: Standard and Pro.

  • Information-only recipient user license (optional)

Everbridge IT Alerting is a purpose built solution for IT professionals and key business application stakeholders which runs on the same Everbridge Saas platform as the other departments at your organization are already using.
Adding IT Alerting to your Everbridge account would just require upgrading your existing contracts and enabling the IT Alerting application for your account.

Yes, we can transfer your licenses from Standard to Pro and modify your contract. Just contact your Everbridge Account Executive. If you don’t who that is, just use the Contact Us from or the chat box.
